Who we are

Complete Restaurant Supply ("CRS", "we") runs this website from 1334 San Mateo Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Questions about this policy: call +1 415 839 1949.

Information you give us

• Account details: name, business name, email, phone and delivery addresses.
• Whether you're buying as a business or an individual. Business accounts also give us an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and, optionally, a seller's permit number. We use these only to verify your business for wholesale pricing; our staff can see them, and we don't share them.
• Your password, which we store only as a one-way encrypted hash. No one at CRS can see it.
• Orders: the items, quantities and prices you buy, delivery fees, totals and dates.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card is saved with Stripe at checkout and charged when we confirm your order (or if you ask us to change it). We never see or store your full card number.

Activity we record while you're logged in

When you are logged in to your account, we record:

• Pages and products you view, with the date and time
• Searches you run on our site
• Items you add to or remove from your cart
• Every purchase: items, quantities, the unit price at the time, the order total and the date
• When you log in

We use this to run your orders and order history, keep the right products in stock, understand which products our customers need, and improve the store. Our staff can see this activity for each customer account, and can export customer and order reports to a spreadsheet for our business records. We don't record this activity for visitors who aren't logged in.

We keep this activity for as long as your account is open. If your account is deleted, your activity history is deleted with it; order records are kept for tax and accounting.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share it with advertisers.

We share only what's needed with service providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Google Maps (to calculate driving distance for delivery), our email provider (order and password emails), and our hosting and database providers.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in.

We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can update your profile and addresses at any time in your account. To get a copy of your data or to close your account and delete your data, call us at +1 415 839 1949. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting.
